At FLY Clothing Co, we operate as a hybrid retail studio and curated fashion showcase. Because complete outfits combine our proprietary custom apparel with hand-selected lifestyle accessories, shipping structures and delivery windows vary by item type.
1. Custom Made-to-Order Apparel (Direct Purchases)
House-brand apparel and custom graphics purchased directly on our website are produced on demand to ensure high quality and lower environmental waste.
Production Time: Please allow 2 to 5 business days for printing, quality inspection, and packaging prior to dispatch.
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) begin processing on the following business day.
2. US Regional Delivery & Transit Times
While our design studio operates globally, our primary printing facilities are located entirely within the United States. Orders are routed directly to strategic regional hubs—including key locations in LA and NYC—closest to your delivery address.
Transit Time: 3 to 7 business days following production.
Total Estimated Delivery Window: 5 to 12 business days (Production + Shipping).
Carriers: Packages are dispatched via standard US carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or regional logistics partners.
Multi-Item & Outfit Orders: To deliver your complete look as quickly as possible, items within a single outfit order may ship from separate facilities in different packages. You will receive dedicated tracking links for every parcel.
3. Curated Partner & Marketplace Items
Selected outfit accents, accessories, and styling pieces featured on our store are fulfilled in partnership with external retail networks (such as Amazon).
Checkout & Fulfillment: When purchasing a curated partner item, checkout is completed securely on the partner platform.
Shipping Rates & Speed: Transit times, tracking, and delivery speeds for these items are governed directly by the partner network (including expedited options like Amazon Prime). FLY Clothing Co does not collect or process shipping fees for partner-fulfilled items.
4. Amazon & Affiliate Earnings Disclosure

Specialty Textures: Physical textures for specialty decorations—including Embroidery, Puff Print, Metallic Print, and Glitter Print—may appear slightly different in hand than rendered on a two-dimensional screen.
6. Pricing & Inventory Accuracy
Prices and product availability for curated partner items (such as Amazon accessories) are determined by external retailers and are subject to change without notice.
While we strive to maintain accurate pricing and stock status on our outfit lookbooks, the price and availability displayed on the partner platform at the time of checkout will govern the transaction.
